Wedding Cake

My favorite part of weddings is the cake! I have really enjoyed cake tasting with Michael!  My Aunt Linda and Grandma also joined in the cake-tasting fun, which was really special!  Grandma's favorite flavor was the chocolate cake!  :)

We decided to use Cake Lady Jill.  Jill is amazing and her cakes are too! 

Wedding Reception

We are having our reception at the Uptown Mint Museum. 

We decided on this place for our reception because it is important to us to have an open space where everyone can be in the same room.  Also, the Uptown Mint Museum is, for lack of better words, amazing!  We are really looking forward to celebrating with you all at our reception!

Wedding Ceremony

Michael and I are very excited to get married at Caldwell Memorial Presbyterian Church in Charlotte. We were drawn to this Church because the great sermons by Reverend John Cleghorn, the gracious congregation, and the uplifting gospel choir. 

We are so blessed to have Reverend Cleghorn marry us in August!
